General John Nixon Elementary School

Civitects is currently wrapping up construction on the partial roof replacement at General John Nixon Elementary School in Sudbury, MA. Nixon Elementary School was originally built in 1959, with renovations in 1994.

The Town of Sudbury was looking to replace the roof at the 1994 addition, consisting of six different roof levels. Majority of the roofs included in this project scope consist of an adhered EPDM membrane, with one roof consisting of a metal paneled system. There are several locations where failure is evident and many attempts have been made to stop leaks.
