This project consisted of the replacement of the academy’s existing roof system with a new PVC membrane roof. Also included in the project was the replacement of all exterior doors and windows with aluminum storefront and aluminum windows.

This project consists of a storage addition to the MMA Dining Hall Building. The addition enclosed existing dock space for a new walk-in freezer and lower level storage area. The design extends the elevation language established by the 2004 addition to the building also done by Civitects.
