Installation of the new chiller and cooling tower at the Central Heating Plant. Architectural work included modifications to the existing exterior walls and doors affected by the installation of the new chiller. Additional work at the roof level included the design of a new perforated stainless steel enclosure system to conceal the new cooling tower.

The overall scope of this project included fume hood replacement and new ventilation system installation for 36 biology and geology research laboratories. The architectural scope included laboratory casework alteration, ceiling and floor finishes removal and replacement, and roof modifications required to accommodate new MEP equipment.
