This study looks at the envelope of the original section of the Charlton College of Business building, including the EPDM roof and the aluminum frame windows. Improper construction detailing at the second and third floor windows and curtain walls has led to water infiltration and caused interior damage. This study includes options for the repair or replacement of the exterior cladding systems and roofing, including rooftop units and fenestrations.

A new Biology Lab at UMass Dartmouth, designed by Principal Michael Keane, is set to begin construction. The new Laboratory is being converted from an existing H-3 lab, located in the Violette – Research and Development Building. Altering the space required coordination of multiple building and lab systems, while maintaining a fire rated separation between the space and the rest of the building.

Project Consisted of the creation of new enclosures for electrical conduits required for the installation of a new Emergency Generator. Maintaining the fire rating of control areas that the conduits passed through was a major concern for the project.
